I do understand I will be required to furnish a rental contract to the league to verify the field has been properly acquired by my organization for the season. All stadiums must have changing areas at minimum restroom facilities. Agreement must be sent no later than January 31st.

I am affirming that I do have the financial backing to sustain the above name team throughout our season.
I do understand this contract is binding me to the league and I may not enter any other league once registered. I am also acknowledging that I along with myself, staff and players will fully abide by the rules and regulations set forth by the league.
